Nestainer racks provide product protection as well as high density storage, two important factors in the handling and storage of fiberglass tanks.
Nestainer portable storage racks enable bulk bags to stack three and four high, taking full advantage of available air space.
A variety of product containment accessories, such as rubber straps, can be added to Nestainer racks to protect stored materials and increase handling efficiency.
Options
Self-guided Stacking
The Nestainer rack's exclusive inverted angles provide safe, secure and simple stacking. By positioning the bottom angles of the top rack over the stacking tubes of the unit below, the Nestainer rack can be guided into it's stacked position for full column-to-column loading. Self-guided stacking does away with the trial and error method of post and target stacking.
Front-end Nesting
Nestainer rack's front-end nesting increases empty rack handling and efficiency. Each rack adds only 5½ in. to the overall nested height and overhang is limited to 2 in. per rack. This results in nesting ratios as great as 12:1, depending on rack height and depth, and allows rack nesting in low overhead areas. Rack nests can be easily handled with a lift truck or motorized pallet jack.

Width (W), depth (D) and height (H) are all usable dimensions.
Weight Capacity
Nestainer racks and Nestainer decks are available in three maximum load bearing capacities:, 2,000 lb., 3,000 lb., and 4,000 lb.

Design for four-way entry of rack. Accommodates government design and standard four-way pallets.

Safety Standards
Nestainer racks are built to full Rack Manufacturing Institute standards, including a two times performance factor for container load and stacking load capacity. Also, attached to each and every Nestainer rack is a rating plate providing two important pieces of information; 1. The maximum evenly distributed load capacity and 2., the maximum number of racks that can be safely stacked. The rating plate is your assurance of safe operation at maximum performance levels.
